Welcome to Juntos! By reserving a spot for one of our dinners through joinjuntos.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Reservations and Deposits

  • Deposit Policy: To reserve your spot, you must pay a $25 AUD deposit, $21.50 of which is a meal credit to use at the restaurant.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the dinner start time, as this is considered a deposit.
  • If you cancel before the 48-hour deadline, your deposit will be refunded minus any applicable processing fees.

2. Dietary Restrictions

  • During registration, you must disclose any dietary restrictions in the quiz provided.
  • We work with the restaurant to ensure options are available to accommodate these restrictions. However:
    • If you fail to disclose dietary needs during registration, we are not responsible for unavailable options.
    • If the restaurant offers food that accommodates your dietary needs, but you simply don’t like it, no refunds will be issued.

3. Attendance

  • We strive to create a fulfilling group dining experience, but we cannot guarantee that all members of your group will attend.
  • Juntos is not responsible for no-shows or the behavior of other attendees.

4. Icebreaker Questions

  • By submitting answers to the personality quiz, you agree that your non-identifiable responses may be shared with your dinner group in the form of custom icebreaker questions.
  • Personal identifiers (such as names, emails, or phone numbers) will not be shared.

5. User Conduct

  • Users are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, the venue staff, and any third-party providers.
  • Juntos reserves the right to deny service or future participation to any user who violates this standard of conduct.

6. Venue Collaboration

  • Juntos collaborates with partner venues to facilitate the meal credit system.
  • Meal credit applies to your portion of the bill during the event and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Juntos is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
  • Juntos is not responsible for the quality or availability of food provided by the venue.

8. Changes to Events

  • We reserve the right to modify event details (including venue or timing) as needed. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • In the rare event of a cancellation by Juntos, you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit.

9. Age Restrictions

  • Participants must be 18 years or older to attend Juntos events.

10. Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. By using our service, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment provider.

11. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Juntos reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
